Focus
Groups
|
The Urban Group LLC works directly with the
client to gain an understanding of what the client wants to
achieve and answer. From that meeting an initial set of
open-ended questions is developed and aimed at maximizing
the depth of responses. Those questions are then shared with
the client and further refined. The
Urban Group often works on developing the
criteria to select the participants and the strategy to
attract the best participants to the group as well as ways
to insure a high rate of attendance.
What makes The Urban Group's
facilitation of Focus Groups innovative is that specific
facilitation processes are often used to maximize the
participants' interaction so they are not just responding to
questions. This makes for lively and productive Focus
Groups.
