The Urban Group LLC was founded by Ruth Urban in 1998 to provide top quality facilitation and management consulting services. The firm works with groups and organizations to build stronger, more cohesive businesses. Many times this involves establishing a framework to identify improvement focus areas and outline action steps to achieve particular goals. This is accomplished, in part, by helping participants plan for effective meetings and team development workshops.
